Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days from date of invoice and must be in resellable condition. Return postage is at your expense and must be insured. In the event of damaged goods, we will replace the item and the damaged item will be returned to us with shipping at our expense. All items shipped are insured and the carrier requires that you must keep all packing materials until the claim is completed. Failure to do so will result in no reimbursement by Greenwood’s Toy Soldiers, Inc. It is best for you to contact us by e-mail (greenwood1@charter.net) or by phone (828) 684-5442 for return instructions, so that the matter can be settled without any problems.
