King & Country has released new Russian Napoleonic War sets from the famed Preobrajenski Regiment that fought at the Battle of Borodino in 1812. This regiment served in the Guards Division of the 5th Army Corps during the battle. We have some fine marching and fighting figures, a mounted Russian officer and a great Russian artillery set. Also new are additions to the WW I series. A terrific German Armored car and some very interesting German Uhlan Lancers. Originally Polish Lancers, the Uhlan Lancers were used by Germany in the early part of the war. In fact, Germany had 26 lancer regiments at the start of WW I. The Fields of Battle series has a new addition. The German Blitzkrieg Panzer IV tank. It is ideal for the Fall of France 1940 and the "Barbarossa" attack on Russia in 1941. This month will feature a terrific new Hitler Staff car used on his visit to Paris in 1940, a German War Correspondent set and some new Waffen SS soldiers dressed in camouflage uniforms as they appeared in the early part of WW II.
